The Big 20

20, you are no longer a teenager, but still not old enough to drink lol. Every year for my past birthdays I have had something planned, from tea parties to trips or big pool time bashes. But this year was different my birthday is in two day, August 14th, and I have decided to go have a Benihana dinner with my family. My close girlfriends keep telling me "you actually have nothing big planned" or "wow I am shocked you don't have a party planned."
Of course I have only had set on my milestone of 21. Which will consist of a huge, excited, and wild trip to Las Vegas. I know cliché but hey it’s a traditional cliché. But to not do dishonest to my birthday here are the other things I had to do to celebrate my departure from teenager and my welcome to young adult.
So I had a fun gossip night with one of my best friends, which also consisted of wine and cheesecake (one of my favorite desserts). This seems like an appropriate celebration, wine equals adult and gossip/dessert is teen. Finally my mom is treating me to a spa day, which indulges a massage, facial, lunch, and shampoo/hair styling. I believe this is the perfect 20th birthday treats.

Packing Away

I have always known that I am a over packer, and now as I continue to pack to move, once again I am reminded of my over packing problem.  This pile only consist of decorating decor, bedding, some bathroom stuff, and some laundry cleaning stuff. So this means no clothing, which I have a lot of, and shoes. Also the rest of my hygienic products and lets not forget about groceries and kitchen products. Tomorrow I will be moving this pile of stuff to my apartment, wish me luck!

Moving Hassles

Getting ready to move back to my apartment by campus will once again be a hassle. Well I mean, I love the part of decorating my new room with photos, posters, and color coordinating my closet. But first you must get through the "hassle" of packing everything up, carrying and making it all fit in my car, and then moving it up to the second floor of my apartment building in 110 degree Arizona weather.  Like I said this is the MOVING HASSLES. At least I have my mother once again to endure with me in this tiring event.
But, I have been looking up different apartment room ideas of how I should possibly decorate my room. Here are the ideas I am shuffling around:
-A large fashion poster hanging above my bed.
-Twinkling lights aligning the ceiling
-A huge "Keep calm and carry on poster" on another wall section.

Just throwing around thoughts, any ideas to help me out?

Well ciao my lovely followers,

S (the girl dreading the moving process)

Finally starting my minor classes for special event management and have my dream internship for Life Design Event Planning. I fully intend to treasure each fun, learning, and crazy event that will occur this next school year.
